Hello! I’m Elizabeth, a young professional in the marketing space.
I am a recent graduate from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics and an elective focus in Marketing. Currently, I am a Digital Marketing Associate at MediaCom located in New York City
I am deeply intrigued by behavioral economics and marketing strategies, and their roles in shaping culture and consumer purchasing decisions. With a particular interest in social media marketing, an eye for trend forecasting, and an affinity for collaboration, I aim to unite both my results-driven and creative mindset in the marketing space!
Things I’m Passionate About!
-
Music
If I had to describe myself in a playlist I would say I’m a little bit hip-hop, a sprinkle of jazz, and a smidge indie pop!
What am I listening to on repeat at the moment? Easy! AMBER by Unusual Demont.

Fashion
What you wear says a lot about who you are and what you stand for. Not just through the overt messaging you may have written on your clothes, but through the designers you support and the companies you buy from.
The fashion industry generates approximately 1.9 trillion, yes you read that right trillion, a year. But with great style, comes great responsibility. The global fashion industry also produces over 92 million tonnes of waste per year.
Support brands that have sustainable practices! Some of my favorites are JW PEI, Pangaia, Sézane, Girlfriend Collective, and Outdoor Voices!

Sneaker Culture
Good days start with good shoes!
Your feet go through a lot to get you through the day, and a good pair of shoes goes a long way. Gone are the days where a pair of sneakers turned a good outfit ugly.
The rise of sneaker culture, in conjunction with the rise of streetwear, has altered the conversation surrounding what we put on our bodies on a daily basis.
To learn more about sneaker culture, a good book is Out of the Box: The Rise of Sneaker Culture by Elizabeth Semmelhack!
Or if you’re already a sneakerhead, a good book to check out is Sneaker Freaker’s The Ultimate Sneaker Book by Simon Wood!
